Each and every one of our products have been tested for at least one year by a panel of riders from World Champion QH alumnae to Olympic medalists. Products are scrutinized, tested, modified and tested again, until both the staff and the horses tell us that it's ready for the market.

EHI's two flagship products: Bit Butter™ and POMMS™ were launched world-wide in July 2008. With über enthusiasm, riders worldwide were been "chomping at the bit" for the launch of these exciting new inventions. Bit Butter is a performance enhancing bit emollient. The original Bit Butter is a special formulation that provides soothing care to replenish moisture for moisture for dry, callused, unresponsive area of your horse's mouth. Enriched with a "mouth softening complex," this palatable blend of natural butters, essential oils and sweeteners encourage acceptance and improves focus on the bit, resulting in improved performance and more effective training. Bit Butter is applied freely to the corners of the horses mouth and on the underside of the bit before every ride. It's sister product LIP BUTTER Rider's Formula soon followed. The second flagship product is the eagerly anticipated "POMMS." POMMS Premium Equine Ear Plugs are designed to allow your horse to hear normal tones, while greatly reducing distracting or loud noises. POMMS "comfort plus" design protects your horses sensitive ears from wind, water and debris. They are washable, re-usable, comfortable, won't fall out, non-irritating, soft, pliable, discreet, and durable. Pomms are ingeniously packaged in a handy reusable carrying tube. No more lost earplugs! Pomms have been tested by successful riders and trainers in all of the major performance disciplines including thoroughbred racing.  

Testing of all products were performed at Hassinger Equine Sports Medicine's facilities under the supervision of a veterinarian.
